With the cancellation of the beloved 50th State Fair due to the ongoing lack of a suitable venue, Ray Jr. is stepping up to fill the void with an exciting new event for the whole family: The Ewa Carnival, happening August 30–31, 2025 (Labor Day Weekend) from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM daily at Wai Kai Events Lawn.

This all-ages celebration will feature EK Fernandez carnival rides, classic midway games, food trucks, craft booths, and live entertainment, creating a festive atmosphere reminiscent of the longtime summer tradition Hawai‘i families have missed this year.

PARKING:
‍Event parking is available on-site at Wai Kai in designated overflow lots surrounding the property. Please follow signage and staff directions upon arrival.
Parking lots open at 1:00pm | Gates to Carnival open at 2:00pm | Parking lots close at 10:00pm

Premium Parking = limited in capacity, closest to the venue, higher fee due to proximity and convenience.
General Parking = farther from the venue, and requires a short walk.
